The Westshore Palm
spring 2012
So the guy at Publix asked me, "What is it called?" "The Westshore Palm", I said. If you really want to know it's the following:

4-6 strips crisp (see crisp) bacon
cheddar cheese
onions (don't skimp)
and finally black pepper (no table salt)
wheat bread

I would always order this at Wright's Gourmet and one of the staff there said, "This is good. You should give it a name." Since I was living in Westshore Palms at the time (and still do) it was easy to christen. And it's been that ever since. Please meet and enjoy The Westshore Palm.
